02 — about

A career built where buildings, capital, and founders converge.

Jennica Palecek is an Associate Vice President at Colliers in Vancouver, where she advises leading companies on complex commercial real estate decisions. Her work spans occupier strategy, workplace, market expansion, and major lease transactions, representing organizations from high-growth companies to Fortune 100 businesses.

Her career began in finance, with experience working in New York and Brazil alongside founders and growing companies. That experience sparked a lasting interest in entrepreneurship and building businesses. Real estate became a natural extension of that work, keeping her closely connected to founders and executives as they scale, expand, and make pivotal decisions.

Today, Jennica is also an active angel investor and startup advisor, backing early-stage companies across consumer, health, technology, and the built environment. She has evaluated 200+ startups and formed and led SPVs for early-stage investments, connecting founders with capital and strategic opportunities.

Her work sits at the intersection of real estate, capital, and entrepreneurship. Recognized by BC Business, Connect CRE, CREW, and Colliers, Jennica speaks and keynotes internationally across Vancouver, New York, and Miami on real estate, business, and the next generation of companies.

10 — testimonials

What clients and founders say.

“Jennica reframed our office as a business decision, not a facilities decision. It changed how our leadership team thought about the entire footprint.”

— managing director, corporate tenant

“The most rigorous tenant-side advisor we've worked with. Every option analysis came back with a business case, not just a rent number.”

— coo, global occupier

“She understands that a lease is an operating decision. Rare to find that fluency in a broker at any level.”

— head of workplace, enterprise client
